After hours climbing in the woods, every1 is tired...yet, knowing that we have to make it another time to go back to the place where we started. With the condition of the rain that is still falling heavily, we start to climb all the way back... Over an hour of the slippery trails and tree roots caused by the rain, we reach the starting point safely and felt like a SURVIVOR Hahaha!!! While waiting for others to arrive, I, Guo Wei, Low Xian and Er Haw were resting and feast on those sneaks (without lunch)hehehe... Almost everything that we brought with us gone wet during the rain...including the snacks... we leave as soon as every1 reach and sign out. Well, thats all of the journey^^

Arriving at Pantai Kerachut
After thousands of incline steps over the route in the woods, finally, we reach Pantai Kerachut. The 1st thing that I noticed as soon as I reach there is the suspension bridge written there 'Jambatan Pantai Kerachut'. The wind is quite hard and nasty that during that time. If bends the metal spokes on my umbrella= gone case liao~ It didnt stop there, and it destroy my kite as well :) We spend time try to fly the kite without experience~ and taking some pictures. We left there very soon...
25th August 2011~ A journey to Pantai Kerachut
After days of sleepless night...tired days and endless hours of revision, finally the final exam for semester4 is over...
At 25th August,a day after the last paper, 8 of us from y2m6 are starting our journey to Pantai Kerachut which we've planned earlier. We went to the Taman Negara Negeri Pulau Pinang (TNNPP) as there will be our starting point to climb over all those rocks, roots, and whatever u usually found in the jungle~~~
As we reach there, the unexpected occurs. Rain drop starts to fall...heavier and heavier. so, we continue our journey with umbrella... We started in a group of 8... soon, we separated at the 'pondok rehat' which some who walk faster leads the journey.
爱一个人不代表一定要得到他的心。。。『What is love?』
爱一个人不代表一定要得到他的心。。。
只要看到他开开兴兴的过日子,心里就很满意了~~~也因该为他开兴。。。
为什么 我爱的人不爱我???
为什么 爱我的人,不是我爱的
『SOMETIMES YOU HAVE YOUR HEART BROKEN, AND SOMETIMES YOU BROKE SOMEONES HEART』
There is no 'Perfect Love' in this world...Its us to make it perfect...Its our own responsibility to colour it and make it the best ever...Sometimes destiny bring us to meet with the person that we may fell in love to...but, sometimes when it does, at the same time, there is no hope for us to be togather.
LOVE is a feeling that most of us have experienced...It is a great challenge given by god to all human being~weather to sucseed-to live happily ever after or to fail-to have your heart broken and start to step up again... Love comes from a very sincere heart from a person.
Love is pure~it even has the ability to change someone....(from bad to good) So, love a person dosen't mean that you have to own her heart~ sometimes destiny dosent allow us to be togather....to able to see her live in a happy life everyday, its enough for me. deep in my heart,m I feel happy for her....Wish you all the best luck in your love in 2011~~~

Time passes by....day by day, hour by hour, minutes by minutes and seconds by seconds without waiting us...Upon knowing the fact that we cant go back to time to undo the things that we have done, its good to start to appreciate time in the future. Always do things with ur best....work hard, learn something new and usefull before its too late....And the most important part is by making decision...I'm feeling so lucky to have my friends around me that willing to help me in anytime....THey have been apart of my daily lifes and were very important to me...

HISTORY OF TABLE TENNIS
This is my 1st assignment in TARC.....hopefully everything goes fine~~~^^
Table tennis also known as “Ping Pong”, is a sports in which two or four players hit a
lightweight, hollow ball with rackets. This game is invented by an Englishman named David
Foster at 15 July 1890 in England. The game was played amongst the upper-class as an after
dinner activity commonly known as “Wiff-Waff”. The history of table tennis shows us that it
was popular in Europe at this time and so is Australia, Czechoslovakia, England, Germany,
Hungary, India, Sweden and Wales who were all invited to become the original members of
International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). The rules of International Competitions were
approved on a meeting on 12th December 1926 were based on the English rules of the game for
singles and the Hungarian rules of the time for the double. Early rackets were often pieces of
parchments stretched upon a frame, and the sound generated in play gave the game its first
nicknames of “Wiff-Waff” and “Ping Pong”. A number of sources indicate that the game was
first brought to the attention of Hamley’s of Regent Street under the name of “Gossima”. Ping
Pong was trademarked on 20th September 1900 by Hamley Brothers who become “jointly
concerned” with Jaques as the game was renamed to “Gossima or Ping Pong” then ‘Pimg Pong
or Gossima” and finally Ping Pong. But there was another name too. Wiff-Waff is made by
Slazenger&Sons or 10 Ducksfoot Lane upper Thames Street, London, England was registerd as a
new game on 31st December 1900. So, the ITTF had a research and have the definitive answer- it
was Englishman David Foster who invented the game of table tennis. In the 1950’s, rackets that
used a rubber sheets combined with an underlying sponge layer change the game dramatically,
introducing greater spin and speed.
RACKETS GRIP STYLE
Grip tightness refers to the idea of having different amounts of tightness in your grip of the table
tennis bat, depending on what shot you are trying to play. Using a firm grip when you want to
impart your own spin on the ball also makes sense. In these situations you usually want to get as
much spin or speed out of your stroke as you can, so a firmer grip will allow a better rebound
from the racket, increasing the spin and speed. The shakehand grip is so-named because one
grips the racket similarly to the way one performs a handshake. The grip is sometimes referred to
as the "tennis grip" or the "Western grip," although it has no correlation to the Western grip used
in Tennis. The shakehand grip is traditionally popular among players originating in Western
nations and South Asian nations. This is primarily due to the increasingly fast nature of the game,
making the backhand stroke more prevalent, a stroke which is difficult to execute consistently at
a high standard.
